Dear All,

I paid for a yearly subscription to Relakks, but it does not work even though my router supports PPTP VPN. I sent Relakks an email, and received a reply after waiting for a month. I then did a print screen on my router configuration menu and sent it back to "Mvh. Martin" at Relakks, and then he wrote back many weeks later that he cannot help me with my D Link router.

I then asked for a refund and my email is being ignored.

The reason I am writing to you because i did a search a while back where you helped anither user in regards to bad customer service with Relakks.

Sorry to trouble you, but I do not know where else to turn.

Well Piratpartiet has no support desk for Relakks. Only this forum.

I don't know how the deal Piratpartiet vs Relakks is, but I think that

there was a deal only in summer 2006 until our national elections that year.

yeh the deal between relakks an piratpartiet is no longer active. We gets a lot of these kind of mail and questions.

We have tryed to get in contact with the Relakks witout succes.

My recomendation to you is that you try another anonymus service insted of relakks.

Hi are you liwing in sweden ot abroad? if you are living in sweden and the amount exeds 500skr then ther is "allmäna reklamtions nämnden"
